Purchase Terms

1. What is sold

Digital download content. Nothing is shipped. A purchase gives you the files and the licence described in the Terms of Use.

2. Refunds

Digital content is not generally refundable once delivered. Where an item does not function as described, a refund may be requested within 待補 days of purchase.

Please check the system requirements on the download page before buying. The engine is free, so you can confirm it runs on your machine at no cost first.

3. Re-downloading

Items you have bought remain available to download for as long as the store operates, including after an item is withdrawn from sale.

4. Updates

Where an item is updated, existing purchasers receive the updated version at no further charge. No commitment is made that any item will continue to be updated.

5. Limited items

Items marked as limited are limited by period, not by quantity. After the stated period they are no longer offered for sale. Purchases already made are unaffected, including the right to re-download under section 3.

6. Content rating

This store is all-ages. Whether an item is listed here is at the operator's discretion and no reason need be given. This says nothing about what creators may sell through their own channels, which is governed by their own terms and not by this store.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction and is responsible for the associated tax obligations. Card details are given to Gumroad and are never seen or held here.

8. System requirements

macOS 待補 or later. Requirements are stated on the download page and it is your responsibility to confirm them before purchase.
